What file formats does Lazarus support?

Lazarus currently supports PDF and Word documents up to 2GB in size. This covers virtually all technical reports, including those with extensive appendices. OCR for scanned documents is coming soon.

How quickly can we access our uploaded reports?

Reports are processed, indexed, and available within 48 hours of upload. Most firms complete their entire migration within 2-4 weeks, depending on archive size.

Is our data secure?

Absolutely. All data is fully encrypted in transit and at rest, processed exclusively in the U.S., and maintained in customer-specific silos. We never use client data to train AI models, and you maintain complete ownership of your content.

Can we export our data if we leave?

Yes. You maintain full export rights for 30 days post-contract termination. Your data is deleted upon request or contract end, ensuring you maintain complete control.

How does pricing work?

Pricing includes a one-time setup fee and an annual platform fee based on report volume, not user count. Every person in your firm gets full access with no per-seat fees.
